THE EDUCATION Ministry has voiced its ‘surprise’ that a child was dropped off by his mother at a government school this morning, even though all schools were closed for the Prophet’s Birthday.
According to a statement, the parent swiftly left after dropping off her son, even though the school’s gates were shut, leaving the boy stranded .
