A TOP Bahraini chef has expressed her pride at being given the opportunity of a lifetime to exhibit Bahraini cuisine at a major summit and cater to ministers from different parts of the Arab world.Speaking to the GDN, Bahraini chef and Villa Mamas owner Roaya Saleh, widely regarded as a pioneer of Khaleeji cuisine, stated that she was commissioned by the Foreign Ministry to curate a menu for 23 delegations at the Arab Summit, that is taking place today in the kingdom .
