Two major traffic accidents happened in Abu Dhabi when a vehicle stopped arbitrarily in the middle of the road.
The incidents were caught on camera and were shared in an awareness video by the Abu Dhabi Police on Friday.
In the video, a four-wheel drive vehicle is seen stopping in the middle of the road, and the driver exits the vehicle, leaving the door open.
A vehicle behind managed to slow down and activate its hazard lights, but a third vehicle crashed into both at high speed.
The second incident involved a distracted driver who crashed into the line of vehicles that had stopped due to the earlier accident, despite their hazard lights being on.
This occurred late at night, and the number of injuries from both incidents remains unknown.
