Manama's coach left spectators astounded during last night's game against rivals Al Ahli when he dramatically entered the court after disagreeing with a referee's call.
During the third quarter, Greek coach Linos Gavriel objected to one of the referees' decisions in a contentious manner. The referee then expelled him from the match as a disciplinary punishment.
However, nothing stopped Ahli from sealing a resounding 65-56 victory over the first-ever WASL champions last night at the Bahrain Basketball Association Arena in Um Al Hassam.
