A man in Hafr Al Batin, Saudi Arabia, drove through a red light and accidentally hit a car in which his brother was travelling, killing the sibling and one other person.
The man himself suffered several fractures. Others involved in the accident were taken to a hospital and are under treatment for their injuries.
