The Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry has emphasised the need for an official permit from the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia to perform Haj.
Failure to obtain such a permit may result in strict penalties, the ministry said, stressing the importance of complying with the laws and regulations issued by the High Committee for Haj and Umrah Affairs in Bahrain and the Haj and Umrah Ministry in Saudi Arabia .
