The brother of a man suspected of stabbing his neighbour to death outside their apartment building testified in court yesterday about his sibling’s troubled and mentally unstable condition.
He said the defendant suffered from spells of violent delusions in which he destroyed the neighbourhood’s security cameras due to paranoia that he was constantly being watched .
