MMA – BRAVE Combat Federation is set to make its highly-anticipated return to Spain on May 30, with BRAVE CF 95 taking place at the Pabellón Santiago Martín in Tenerife.
The promotion once again teams with Fight2One to showcase top-tier talent from Spain and around the globe.
BRAVE Combat Federation has officially confirmed a high-stakes Super Welterweight title clash that fans around the globe have been eagerly anticipating. French knockout artist Alex ‘Da Killa King’ Lohoré is set to challenge reigning champion Luiz ‘Cado’ Cado for the BRAVE CF Super Welterweight World Title in a showdown that promises fireworks.
Lohoré’s title shot comes on the heels of his electrifying third-round TKO victory over Poland’s Mansur Abdurzakov at BRAVE CF 94 in Geneva. With just 20 seconds remaining in the final round, ‘Da Killa King’ unleashed a ruthless flurry that forced the referee to step in, sending a clear message to the division and earning him a golden opportunity to fight for the strap.
A veteran of the European MMA scene, Lohoré has long been one of the continent’s most dynamic and dangerous finishers. Known for his aggressive style, lethal striking, and undeniable charisma, the French fighter has built a reputation as a must-watch athlete every time he steps into the BRAVE CF cage. Now, he’s one fight away from achieving championship glory on the sport’s most global stage.
Standing in his way is Luiz Cado, the reigning BRAVE CF Super Welterweight champion from Brazil. Cado has carved his own path of destruction through the division, blending high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with explosive stand-up skills. As a defending champion with an iron will and a growing fanbase, Cado will be looking to add another successful title defense, but Lohoré represents a serious threat to his reign.
“This is the fight fans deserve,” said BRAVE CF president Mohammed Shahid. Alex Lohoré has proven himself as a top contender with elite finishing ability, and Luiz Cado is a champion with the heart of a warrior. When you put those two together, you get a world title fight worthy of the BRAVE CF legacy.”
The clash between Lohoré and Cado will not only determine the future of the Super Welterweight division, it will be a symbolic battle between two continents, two styles, and two warriors hungry to make history.
The co-main bout features US’s Jose Torres (13-3-1) clashing with Kazakhstan’s Dias Yerengaipov at flyweight.
Torres, a two-time IMMAF world champion and former BRAVE CF Bantamweight champion, brings a wealth of experience and a professional record of 13-3-1. His journey has seen him capture titles in multiple promotions, including Titan FC, and compete on the global stage in organisations like the UFC and RIZIN.
After a stint at bantamweight, Torres returns to the flyweight division, aiming to become BRAVE CF’s inaugural Flyweight World Champion. His recent victory over Makoto Takahashi at RIZIN 49 showcased his adaptability and determination to climb back to the top.
Facing him is Kazakhstan’s Dias Yerengaipov, a formidable opponent with a reputation for resilience and technical prowess. This bout promises a clash of styles, with Torres’ well-rounded skill set meeting Yerengaipov’s strategic approach.
As BRAVE CF continues its ‘Year of the BRAVE’ campaign, this event not only highlights the organization’s commitment to global expansion but also sets the stage for a potential new chapter in Torres’ illustrious career. Fans can expect a night of high-octane action as two elite flyweights vie for supremacy in Tenerife.
