Preparations are underway to welcome the Eid Al Adha holiday by installing illuminated displays at the Clock Roundabout, replacing national flags with new ones and intensifying cleaning efforts at monuments and along main streets.
The Southern Municipality, in co-ordination with the Sunni and Jaffari Waqf (Endowments) Directorates and the cleaning services company Urbaser Bahrain, is working on a campaign to clean several mosques, Islamic centres and Eid prayer grounds .
