An appeals court has upheld a ruling finding a dental assistant guilty of practising a medical profession without the required licence, the Public Prosecution has announced.
Last month, the dental clinic was shut down and its equipment, tools and pharmaceutical products were confiscated – a decision that was also upheld by the High Criminal Appeals Court .
