SPECIAL sensors could be deployed to catch restaurants dumping cooking oil down the drains of Bahrain’s most popular dining district.
The grease trap sensors would be installed at eateries located in Adliya’s Block 338, where some continue to clog up the sewerage network with used cooking oil .
