A model sparked outrage in Saudi Arabia after defying the conservative dress code, according to Almowaten newspaper.
She appeared in a video recording, dressed in a short skirt, as she was touring Ushaiqer archaeological site in Shaqraa governorate.
The video which made headlines online sparked calls to arrest model “Khulood” and hold her accountable for flouting public decency.
The woman visited the archaeological site, accompanied by her personal photographer who filmed her during the tour.
The religious police - known as the General Presidency for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice – said that measures had been taken in co-ordination with the authorities.
Social media users launched a hashtag on their twitter accounts, urging the authorities to refer model “Khlulood” to the court for trial.
