Kuwait City – Eid Al-Adha is expected to fall on Sunday, corresponding to August 11.
Kuwaiti historian and astronomer Adel Al-Saadoun announced the Eid day in a statement given to Kuwait New Agency (KUNA).
“Dhul Hijjah month in Hijri calendar will start on Friday, corresponding to August 2”, he said in the statement.
This means that Arafat Day will be on Saturday (August 10) and Eid Adha will be celebrated on Sunday (11).
