Oman: Oman Air has announced the cancellation of hundreds of flights until October 31, 2019.
The decision followed the directives issued by the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) to suspend Boeing 737 Max flights.
The list of cancelled flights includes the destinations of Athens, Colombo, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Goa, Jeddah, Karachi, Salalah, Medina, Kathmandu, Tehran, Doha, Amman, Nairobi, Bangkok, Dubai, Goa, Kuwait, Bahrain, Dammam, Riyadh, Lahore, Casablanca and Kozhikode will be affected during this period.
“We are re-booking guests on alternative/next available flights to their destinations and advise all our guests who are due to travel during the same period to check the flight status or contact the call centre,” the airline said.
