Riyadh: The Saudi Air Defence Forces intercepted and destroyed a Scud missile launched from Yemeni territories towards Khamis Mishait in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A statement by the Coalition Command supporting the Legitimacy in Yemen said that the Saudi Royal Air Defence Forces have intercepted a Scud missile at 09:45 pm on Saturday.
The missile was launched from the Yemeni territories and was heading for Khamis Mishait, a southern Saudi city.
It was destroyed without causing any losses on the ground, the statement said.
