Bahrain: A clampdown has been ordered on 27 sheesha cafés in Nuwaidrat following several complaints that they are being used for illicit activities in “secret rooms”.
The Southern Municipal Council, in its weekly meeting yesterday, demanded urgent action to immediately shut down the cafés – all in residential villas .
