Abu Dhabi: An Indian national from Kuwait has won the Dh15 million Big Ticket draw held in Abu Dhabi today.
Nobin Mathew, who's ticket number was 254806, was surprised when he was called and informed of the win by Big Ticket host Richard.
When asked if he was watching the Big Ticket draw, he said no, but that he was elated to hear of his win.
