Tilal Properties, the pioneering Sharjah-based real estate developer, is set to unveil its major retail projects at the Cityscape Global 2016 expo which opens in Dubai tomorrow.
During its participation, Tilal Properties will be showcasing the latest updates and designs of its flagship project, Tilal City, a Dh2.4 billion ($653 million) mixed use development project and first-of-its-kind in Sharjah located on Emirates Road (E611) in Sharjah.
On the second day of their participation, Tilal Properties will unveil a major retail project which will take center-stage at the exhibition, and will serve as key component and addition to their Tilal City project.
The project, which is also the first and leading development project in Sharjah’s masterplanned community and the first free-hold and free-lease project in the emirate, will be showcased at the company's stand at the three-day event.
Khalifa Shaibani, the director general, Tilal Properties, said: "Our participation in one of the biggest and largest real-estate exhibitions in the world falls under our mission and vision to lead Sharjah’s property development sector."
The opportunities for real-estate and community development growth in Sharjah are above and beyond, stated Shaibani.
