A UK-based group, Acropolis, managed to bag the record by completing 57 skips within a minute, jumping over a boy they used as a human skipping rope.
Acropolis went head-to-head with Wildcats Cheerteam at the Lo Show Dei Record in Milan, Italy for the unusual record title.
