THE third round of the Bahrain National Drift Championship, which was organised last Friday by the Autocross and Drift Committee at the Bahrain International Circuit, witnessed strong competition.
Abdullah Issa Al Binali won the Street category, with Salman Al-Mannai in second place and Ahmed Bucheeri finishing third.
In the Al-Simi Pro category, Issa Mahmoud Abdullah took first place, followed by Ibrahim Al Zayed and Meshal Janahi in second and third places, resoectively; and the Pro category was won by Salman Mahmoud Abdullah.
The third round of the autocross witnessed tough competition, with the competitors presenting distinctive skills on the track that won the admiration of a knowledgeable audience.
All the winners were presented trophies and the committee praised the distinguished participation and strong competitions on display.
The season includes four rounds – the first round was held on October 21, the second on December 30, the third last Friday, and the fourth and final round is set for April 14.
