HANEEN Abu Mustafa will take on Salma Farajallah in the U-14 girls’ singles final of the 27th BBK Juniors Open Tennis Championship at the Bahrain Tennis Club courts in Juffair.
Haneen set up the showdown after overcoming her battling rival Lara Ahmed in the semi-final 6-3, 2-6, 11-3, while Salma secured her spot after defeating Maryam Ahmed 6-3, 6-4 in the other semi-final.
In the other finals at the BTC courts, Bahrain’s Hajjar Zaidan will take on Eira Corral, of the Philippines, in the U-18 girls section, while Bahrain’s Ahmed Murtada will play Marwan Safi, of Canada, in the U-12 boys category.
Meanwhile, Bahrain’s Fatima Al Bajjari will clash with Alanna Cifra, of the Philippines, in the U-12 girls’ final, while the boys U-14 doubles showdown will feature the pair of Abdulrahman Al Doseri & Redha Hassan against the duo of Riyaan Ahmed and Rion Jay.
