Leaders Al Najma claimed a 4-0 victory over Etehad Al Reef in their 14th-round match of the Bahrain Second Division Football League yesterday. Mohamed Eid, Salem Adel, Da Costa and Javier Andres scored for the winners.
Meanwhile, Um Al Hassam held off A’ali 2-1 in another 14th-round match. Emmanuel and Selim Iqaba scored for the winners while Hussein Ryan netted the lone goal for A’ali.
The third match of the day, between Al Tadhamun and Buri, ended in a 2-2 draw.
In the 14th-round matches to be played today, Galali face Isa Town, Malkiya take on Busaiteen and Al Ettihad clash with Al Ettifaq. The matches are scheduled to kick off at 6.30pm.
