Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King and Supreme Council for Women president, sent a cable of congratulations to Dr Shaikha Mai bint Suleiman Al Otaibi, the chairperson of Bahrain Bayan School and deputy chairperson of Bahrain Institute for Political Development, on winning the Arab Woman of the Year Award 2023 from the London Arabia Organisation.
