Shareholders of Solidarity Bahrain have approved cash dividend at 20 per cent, equivalent to 20 fils per share, amounting to BD2,665,075 (net of treasury shares).
The announcement follows the annual general meeting of the company’s shareholders at Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain, where it was announced that the cash distribution has been approved by the Central Bank of Bahrain .
