UAE President Shaikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan took to Twitter to wish his mother, Shaikha Fatima bint Mubarak, "a very happy Mother’s Day."
"To my beloved mother, and mothers everywhere, you remain an unwavering source of love, strength and inspiration. You are celebrated and cherished today and every day, and we pray for your continued health and happiness. I wish you a very happy Mother’s Day," he said in his post.
March 21 is celebrated as Mother's Day across Arab countries.
