TWO men are in the dock on multiple narcotics charges after a backpack full of drugs found on the street was traced back to them.The two Pakistanis, aged 23 and 33, appeared at the High Criminal Court where they denied charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine (locally known as shabu) throughout 2022 .
