United Gulf Holding Company (UGH) shareholders have approved the election of eight members of the board of directors for the period from March 2023 to March 2026.
The new members are Masoud Hayat, Faisal Al Ayyar, Mazen Hawwa, Khaled Al Sharrad, Sunny Bhatia, Mohammed Haroon, Mubarak Al Maskati and Bader Al Awadhi .
