There's a saying that 'diamonds are a girl's best friend', but the question is, how many diamonds does it take?
An Indian jeweller proved his craftsmanship as he bejewelled a single ring with more than 50,000 diamonds - 50,907, to be precise.
Guinness World Records reported that Hari Krishna Export and HK Designs earned the title for "Most diamonds set in one ring" in Mumbai, where the diamond manufacturers are based, just after their diamond-studded piece was adjudged by GWR last month.
On the GWR website, the description states, "This ring has been completely made out of recycled materials - recycled gold as well as diamonds re-purposed from the returns received from customers."
