Teenage Dutch sensation Robert De Haan, of Central Europe Racing, drove his way to a fantastic victory in the Porsche Carrera Cup Middle East (PCCME) Race 1 at the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) with a time of 25m 0.800s, ahead of DHL Team’s Theo Oeverhause, who finished second after clocking 25m 1.828s.
Fire Racing’s Colin Boenighausen came in third with a time of 25m 4.299s.
The PCCME is holding the opening round of the 2023-24 season as part of this year’s FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) – Bapco Energies 8 Hours of Bahrain at the BIC.
