From this year, the Social Insurance Organisation (SIO) is collecting the non-Bahraini benefit contributions from each company based on the salary updated in the SIO.
Suppose an employee had an increase in his salary three months before he resigns, the same is updated at SIO and accordingly the non-Bahraini benefit contribution is invoiced .
