The ‘Budaiya crawl’ looks sets to continue as commuters, MPs and local councillors voice their impatience over the slow start to improvement plans on one of the most crucial artery roads in the kingdom after almost a decade of delays.
The multi-million dinar Budaiya Highway development was listed in the 2023-2024 schedule with work planned to start in January this year, however, it seems frustrated motorists will have to continue queuing for a little while longer .
