A kite-flying festival will be held this weekend to celebrate National Action Charter Day.
The free-to-attend event is being hosted by the Bahrain Voluntary Work Society and Telugu Kala Samithi on Saturday (Feb 15) on the beachfront near Al Najma Club, Juffair from 3pm to 7pm, said a samithi statement yesterday (Feb 12) .
