Social Development Minister and Care of People with Disabilities High Committee chairman Osama Al Alawi praised Labour Fund’s (Tamkeen) role in implementing development initiatives and praised its decision to provide an additional 10 per cent wage support annually for employees with disabilities in the private sector.
He described the measure as a tangible step towards building a more inclusive work environment across employment, education, training, and community engagement .
