Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) chairman Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa yesterday received Muslim Council of Elders secretary general Counselor Mohamed Abdel Salam to discuss ongoing efforts to promote dialogue, understanding and coexistence within the Islamic world.
The meeting highlighted the significant role of the Muslim Council of Elders in organising and participating in the Intra-Islamic Dialogue Conference, held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad .
