Members of the public are set to be asked how they rate their local councillors as well as the services provide by municipal authorities.Northern Municipal Council chairman Dr Sayed Shubbar Al Wedaie fears that public perception may be wrongly shaped by a blitz of boastful social media posts by some representatives leading to unfounded cynicism and sarcasm .
