Bahrain outclassed Indonesia 3-0 (25-13, 27-25, 25-22) this evening to secure back-to-back wins and end preliminary round play in the AVC Men’s Volleyball Nations Cup 2025, currently being hosted by the kingdom.
The Bahrainis thus emerged as winners of Pool A and now march through to Saturday’s quarter-finals, where they will take on Pool C runners-up Chinese Taipei.
Also victorious today and topping their respective groups were defending champions Qatar in Pool B, Pakistan in Pool C, and South Korea in Pool D.
In Saturday's other quarter-final contests, Qatar play Pool D runners-up Vietnam, Pakistan face Pool A runners-up Indonesia, and South Korea battle Pool B runners-up Australia.
