A teenager has been detained for seven days for abusing cats, after a video went viral earlier this week capturing the disturbing incident, according to the Bahrain Society for the Prevention of Cruely to Animals (BSPCA).
BSPCA chairman Mahmood Faraj revealed in a social media post that the child will be detailed at the Juvenile Reform Centre, as a result of his abuse of two kittens in a residential building in the Muharraq Governorate .
