The acquittal of a man over the collapse of a building in Arad following a gas explosion at his restaurant has been overturned, the Public Prosecutor and head of the Appeals Prosecution said yesterday.
The Third High Criminal Court, in its appellate capacity, unanimously overturned the acquittal and sentenced the owner to three years in prison .
