SUPREME Council for Youth and Sport first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa issued yesterday edict (two) of 2026, regarding the appointment of the Bahrain Modern Pentathlon Federation board of directors.
The decision stipulates that, after reviewing the Law on Social and Cultural Associations and Clubs, Private Organisations Operating in the Field of Youth and Sport, and Private Institutions promulgated by Decree-Law (21) of 1989 and its amendments, as well as the Unified Statutes of Bahraini Sports Federations, and based on the proposal by the BOC secretary general, it was resolved under article (one) to form the federation’s board under the chairmanship of Dr Abdullah Nasser Abdulla Hassan Al Nuaimi.
It will feature the membership of Saleh Faraj Sultan Farhan, Eyad Ali Mohsen Ali Abdullah Sabt, Tariq Juma Salem Bilal, Munira Mohammed Ali Shuwaiter, and Deena Fulath.
Article (two) provides that the secretary general and all concerned parties shall implement this decision, each within their respective remit, and that it shall take effect from the date of its issuance.
