A viral video showing a young Kuwaiti boy using his mother's bank card without her knowledge to distribute food to workers has been revealed as a staged production, an Arab Times Kuwait investigation has found.
The footage depicted the young boy being chastised by his brothers after they discovered him handing out breakfast to low-income workers. The clip circulated widely online, with numerous international social media accounts praising the child's seemingly heart-warming gesture.

However, the Arab Times Kuwait discovered that the video was choreographed by Kuwaiti content creator Ahmed Qazee Al Sahli and his brother, who frequently produce humanitarian and "feel-good" content. The viral moment was planned and dramatised as part of their content strategy, intended to encourage charitable acts during the month of Ramadan.
