Private sector employees have been granted a three-day holiday in honour of Eid Al-Adha, which falls on September 1.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced the Eid recess which starts on August 31 (Arafat Day) and runs until Saturday.
Employees will resume work on September 3, according to a circular issued by UAE's Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation Saqr Ghubash.
