Riyadh – Huge wind and sandstorm will hit large parts of Saudi Arabia today and tomorrow, especially in the northern part of the country.
Meteorologists issued weather alerts, urging people to delay their trips and outdoor activities or at least be vigilant and cautious.
The General Authority for Meteorology and Environment Protection issued a weather alert, warning of sandstorms which reduce horizontal visibility to almost zero in parts of Riyadh, Al-Qasim, the Eastern Province, Hail, Mecca and the Medina.
