Kuwait City: The Kuwait Embassy in London denied allegations claiming that the British police found explosives in a car, which was parked in front of its premises last Friday.
Responding to allegations and fake news circulated on social media websites, the embassy issued a statement dismissing the claims as being untrue and unfounded.
The statement confirmed that the British police had searched the vehicle without finding anything, which may pose a threat to the Kuwaiti diplomatic mission.
The police interrogated the driver and fined him for a parking offence, Al Jarida newspaper reported.
