Istanbul: The role of the Organisation of Islamic Co-operation (OIC) is crucial as Muslims in the Middle East and the world face significant political and economic challenges today, the Crown Prince said yesterday.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, underlined the importance of unity and co-operation in confronting these challenges as he took part in the opening session of 13th Islamic Summit of the OIC in Istanbul, Turkey .
