Muscat: Nineteen flights from Oman have been added to Phase 5 of the Vande Bharat Mission, Muscat Daily reported.
Organised in cooperation with the Indian government, Omani authorities and the Indian Embassy in Muscat, the flights under this phase begin on August 8 and run till August 15.
As in the case of flights operated earlier under Vande Bharat Mission,
Passenger lists for all flights will be finalised by the embassy on the basis of information received and passengers are required to fill out an online form to be travel.
Air India will then directly contact passengers to book tickets.
Alternatively, passengers can also approach Air India offices in Ruwi and Wattaya (National Travels, General Sales Agent of Air India) directly to book tickets on first come first serve basis after registration.
Priority will be given to medical emergency cases, pregnant women, workers in distress, senior citizens as well as to other Indian nationals who are stranded in difficult situations.
Passengers will have to bear the cost of their own tickets and all passengers are required to confirm acceptance of all conditions of travel, including quarantine requirements in India as well as health requirements to board the flight.
