A CALL for an immediate clampdown on men dumpster-diving and leaving a trail of rubbish in residential areas has been made by the Shura Council.
During the weekly session yesterday of the upper chamber of the National Assembly, veteran member Fouad Al Haji said these men fished out garbage bags from rubbish bins in search of aluminium cans and then littered the area with debris .
