Patients on a ward at Salmaniya Medical Complex (SMC) had to be evacuated today as firefighters tackled a small storeroom fire.
Emergency plans were activated at the hospital, said Government Hospitals’ chief executive Dr Ahmed Al Ansari, and no-one was injured .
