'Kala Chashma' the much awaited song from Sidharth-Katrina starrer 'Baar Baar Dekho' has finally been released, and certainly lives up to all the hype leading up to it.
In true Bollywood fashion, Katrina and Sidharth initially unveiled a 'first look' from the song, followed by two two teaser trailers.
'Kala Chashma', a classic 'promotional' song, features a typical big, fat desi wedding, and was released on the Flickbay app on Wednesday.
This song falls into the category of special songs crafted for a film that show off the leads in glamorous settings. It does not particularly contribute to the story in any way, but does help drum up a lot of curiosity about the movie itself.
The song, which begins with Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif dancing in full wedding attire, have the duo donning the 'kala chashma' (sunglasses) throughout the song.
Other actors, including Rajit Kapur, are also introduced in flashes.
