A COURT ordered a marketing company to give a former general manager BD96,000 in indemnity.
The 56-year-old Indian worked for the company for 27 years before he left the firm, according to court documents.
Lawyer Bushra Mayoof, who represented the former general manager, filed a case at the High Administrative Court requesting her client be paid his indemnity.
Judges accepted the indemnity claim as legitimate.
