BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa inspected the National Shield 2022 drills carried out by BDF, in co-ordination with the National Guard and the Interior Ministry.
He was briefed on the details of the joint training and stressed that BDF continues to hold these training in implementation of the directives of His Majesty King Hamad, the Supreme Commander.
The BDF chief said the drills aimed to boost the forces’ readiness, develop their defence capabilities and enhance co-operation with other relevant authorities.
He praised the high efficiency and capabilities shown by the trainees and their performance in using modern technology.
